Knowing Kitchener's latitude, and that it is sunset, and the time on the clock you can figure out which of 2 days of the year it was taken on. My guess is near the summer solstice (June 21). Too bad from this angle you can't see how far the sun is actually down and I know that clock is usually out by a couple minutes.
